Gulasz z indyka – składniki:

Filet z indyka 400 g

Cukinia nieduża 1 szt. 200 g

Marchew 2 szt.

Papryka (dowolny kolor) 2 szt.

Cebula 1 szt.

Czosnek 2 ząbki

Pieczarki 300 g

Przecier pomidorowy 300 g

Liść laurowy 2-3 szt.

Ziele angielskie 3-4 szt.

Majeranek 2 łyżeczki

Sól

Papryka słodka 2 łyżeczki

Olej rzepakowy lub oliwa 2 łyżki

Natka 4-5 gałązek

Do podania:

Kasza gryczana lub jęczmienna 350 g

Ogórki kiszone lub konserwowe do podania

Jak zrobić gulasz?

  1. Filet pokrój w kostkę, podobnie potnij cukinię. Obraną marchew oraz pieczarki pokrój na plasterki, papryki na paski, cebulę w piórka. Posiekaj czosnek.
  2. W garnku rozgrzej olej, przyrumień mięso. Dodaj cebulę, czosnek, marchew i paprykę. Podsmaż razem przez 3-4 minuty, często mieszając. Wrzuć cukinię i pieczarki.
  3. Po 2 minutach dodaj liście, ziele, majeranek i mieloną paprykę. Posól. Wlej przecier i 600 ml wody. Przykryj garnek częściowo, tak żeby para mogła swobodnie uchodzić. Gotuj przez 35-40 minut. W tym czasie sos zgęstnieje, a mięso idealnie się ugotuje. Pod koniec dorzuć posiekaną natkę.
  4. Osobno ugotuj kaszę. Gulasz możesz podać też z ryżem, makaronem, ziemniakami albo pieczywem.

Turkey and Vegetable Goulash

Turkey and vegetable goulash is a simple dinner idea, perfect for reheating the next day (and also for freezing). This goulash, with its lean meat and plenty of vegetables, goes well with rice, pasta, groats, gnocchi, bread, and potato pancakes, so there’s little chance of getting bored. We suggest serving it with pickled cucumbers or your favorite salad, as vegetables are one of the cornerstones of a healthy diet. This recipe comes from our e-book „60 Quick and Healthy Recipes.”

Turkey Goulash – Ingredients:

Turkey fillet 400 g

1 small zucchini 200 g

Carrots 2 pcs

Bell peppers (any color) 2 pcs

Onion 1 pcs

Garlic 2 cloves

Mushrooms 300 g

Tomato puree 300 g

Bay leaves 2-3 pcs

Allspice 3-4 pcs

Marjoram 2 tsp

Salt

Sweet paprika 2 tsp

Rapeseed or olive oil 2 tbsp

Paprika 4-5 sprigs

To serve:

Buckwheat or barley groats 350 g

Pickled or pickled cucumbers, for serving

How to make goulash?

1. Cut the fillet into cubes, similarly cut the zucchini. Cut the peeled carrots and mushrooms into slices, the peppers into strips, and the onion into thin slices. Chop the garlic.

2. Heat the oil in a pot and brown the meat. Add onion, garlic, carrots and peppers. Fry together for 3-4 minutes, stirring frequently. Add zucchini and mushrooms.

3. After 2 minutes, add the Bay leaves, Allspice, marjoram and ground pepper. Salt. Pour in the tomato puree and 600 ml of water. Cover the pot partially so that the steam can escape freely. Cook for 35-40 minutes. During this time, the sauce will thicken and the meat will cook perfectly. At the end, add chopped parsley.

4. Cook the groats separately. You can also serve the goulash with rice, pasta, potatoes or bread.
