Pianka jogurtowa z galaretki agrestowej z dodatkiem kakao. Pyszny, lekki deser na upalny dzień.
Ten deser jest bardzo prosty do zrobienia. Wybierz swój ulubiony smak galaretki i przeczytaj nasze wskazówki.
Tutaj NA DWA takie OPAKOWANIA używamy TYLKO 300 ml wody, bo dodajemy jeszcze jogurt.
Jeśli szykujesz deser z jednego opakowania galaretki, dodaj 150 ml gorącej wody i 350 g jogurtu.
Deser możesz podać z owocami (borówki, truskawki, maliny, jeżyny, agrest, porzeczki), startą na tarce czekoladą, orzechami.

Yogurt mousse made with fruit jelly and cocoa
A delicious, light dessert for a hot day.
This dessert is very easy to make. Choose your favorite jelly flavor and read our tips.
This dessert is just jelly, water (much less than the amount listed on the package) and plain yogurt (usually 2.5%-3% fat) or other dairy product: skyr (Icelandic-style yogurt with a higher protein content and minimal fat), buttermilk, or kefir. Of course, you can also use classic Greek yogurt (10% fat), 30-36% heavy cream, mascarpone, or cream cheese. Keep in mind that this will increase the calorie and fat content of the dessert.
If you don’t eat dairy, use coconut „yogurt” or another vegan equivalent, keeping in mind that due to the gelatin content of the jelly, this dessert won’t be vegan. For a vegetarian or vegan version, reach for an agar-agar-based jelly.
Depending on the manufacturer, a package of jelly contains 70-75g. According to the package instructions, this is the amount to dissolve in 500ml of water. Here, we use ONLY 300 ml of water for TWO such packages, because we also add yogurt.
If you’re making a dessert with one package of jelly, add 150 ml of hot water and 350 g of yogurt.
You can serve the dessert with fruit (blueberries, strawberries, raspberries, blackberries, gooseberries, currants), grated chocolate, and nuts.
